Rules and conditions for using Matriom Business.
Last updated: April 2026By downloading and using the Matriom Business app, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use. Individuals under 18 years of age may not use the app for business purposes. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.
Matriom Business is a team and employee analysis application that generates compatibility and behavioral profile analyses based on birth dates using pattern recognition methods. The content provided is for informational and interpretive purposes only and does not constitute professional HR, psychological, or legal advice. Analyses should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions.
Users are obliged to use the app in a lawful and ethical manner. The following are strictly prohibited:
• Entering false or third-party personal information without consent
• Using analyses as the sole basis for hiring, firing, or promotion decisions
• Attempting to disrupt app systems
• Sharing app content with unauthorized parties
• Circumventing security measures
All content, design, algorithms, brand elements, and source code within the app are the exclusive property of Matriom Business. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
Matriom Business analyses are generated using pattern-based interpretation methods. The results provided:
• Are not based on scientifically validated diagnostic criteria
• Do not constitute professional psychological or HR assessments
• Should not replace qualified professional evaluation in hiring or management decisions
Matriom Business and its developer cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app under any circumstances.
Users may permanently delete their account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. All associated data will be permanently erased. Matriom Business reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
In the event of a detected violation of these Terms of Use, the relevant account may be temporarily or permanently suspended without prior notice. In such cases, Google Play and Apple App Store refund policies apply to purchased subscriptions. No additional refunds are provided outside the platform.
All in-app purchases (subscriptions and credit packages) are processed exclusively through the Google Play and Apple App Store payment infrastructure. Refund requests are evaluated under the relevant platform policies. Matriom Business does not process refunds independently outside these platforms.
Matriom Business reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Updated terms are published within the app and on the website. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, relevant consumer protection authorities and judicial bodies may be contacted.
