How Matriom Business collects, uses and protects your data.
Last updated: April 2026Matriom Business values the security of users' personal data and takes all necessary technical and administrative measures in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and KVKK). By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Matriom Business may collect the following data:
• Name and surname
• Email address
• Date of birth (used solely for analytical profile generation)
• Employee or team member information entered by the user
• Device information and app usage statistics (via Firebase Analytics)
Collected data is used solely for the following purposes:
• Generating team compatibility and employee analyses
• Improving app performance and user experience
• Sending system and notification messages
• Fulfilling legal obligations
Push Notification Targeting: To deliver relevant notifications, Matriom Business uses your subscription status and app language to segment notification audiences via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). This segmentation is used exclusively for sending appropriate in-app notifications and is never shared with advertisers or third parties. You can manage notification preferences at any time in Settings → Notifications.
All personal data is stored on secure, encrypted Firebase (Google) servers. Data is retained until the user's account is deleted. Users may delete their account and all associated data at any time from the Settings section of the app.
Matriom Business does not sell or share your personal data with third parties. The following services are used for app operations:
• Firebase (Google) – authentication, database, analytics
• Google Play / App Store – payment processing
Data may be disclosed only when required by law.
Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to data processing

You can delete your Matriom Business account and all associated data at any time by following these steps:
1. Open the Matriom Business app
2. Tap Profile (bottom navigation)
3. Scroll to the bottom
4. Tap "Delete My Account"
5. Confirm deletion
Data deleted immediately upon request:
• Profile information (name, date of birth)
• All team members and analyses you created
• Subscription preferences and app settings
• Firebase Authentication record
Retention after deletion: Your profile, team members and analyses are deleted immediately. Purchase records are kept for 3 years to meet financial audit obligations (Turkish Tax Procedure Law / KVKK); they contain no analyses. Anonymized crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics) may be retained by Google per their data retention policy.
