MatriomTerms of Use
Rules and conditions for using the Matriom app.

By downloading and using the Matriom app, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use. Individuals under 13 years of age may not use the app. Analyses tend to be more fitting and on-point once personality and character have matured — usually at 18 and above. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Matriom is an awareness app that provides personal analyses based on birth dates using structured interpretation methods. The content provided is for informational and symbolic interpretation purposes only and does not constitute scientific, medical, or professional advice.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are obliged to use the app in a lawful and ethical manner. The following are strictly prohibited:
• Sharing false or misleading personal information
• Attempting to disrupt app systems
• Using the service for unlawful purposes
• Circumventing security measures
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, algorithms, brand elements, and source code within the app are the exclusive property of Matriom. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
Matriom content is intended solely for symbolic pattern interpretation and personal awareness purposes. The analyses provided:
• Are not based on scientific evidence
• Do not claim to predict the future with certainty
• Do not substitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
Matriom and its individual developer cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app under any circumstances.
6. Account Termination
Users may permanently delete their account at any time from the Profile page → "Delete My Account". Personal data is permanently erased; purchase and gift records are kept for 3 years to meet financial audit obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. Before deletion, users may download a complete copy of their personal data via Profile → "Privacy Policy" → "Download My Data" (data portability right, GDPR Article 20). Matriom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Policy Violations
In the event of a detected violation of these Terms of Use, the relevant account may be temporarily or permanently suspended without prior notice. In such cases, Google Play and Apple App Store refund policies apply to purchased subscriptions. No additional refunds are provided outside the platform.
8. Payments and Refunds
All in-app purchases (subscriptions and credit packages) are processed exclusively through the Google Play and Apple App Store payment infrastructure. Refund requests are evaluated under the relevant platform policies. As an individual developer, Matriom does not process refunds independently outside these platforms.
9. Changes to Terms
Matriom reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Updated terms are published within the app and on the website. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, relevant consumer protection authorities and judicial bodies may be contacted.
